The partnership will allow households to manage their health insurance benefits, for both pre- and post-65 individuals, through one comprehensive exchange platform. The private exchange marketplace offered through the partnership will allow employees and retirees a broader range of choices, offers plan savings and allows both pre- and post-65 health care coverage independent of the employer. This approach is designed to reduce the overall cost of benefits to companies and increase their bottom lines.
