The newest version of AchievementPlus will offer clients an integrated HCM suite that includes modules for:
- Performance management
- Cascading goals
- Succession planning
- Development planning
- 360 feedback
- Project tracking
- Applicant tracking
- Organization climate surveys
Additionally, Softscape says enhancements have been made to existing modules such as benefit management and e-Learning.
The new employee self-service (ESS) benefit management module will allow managers and employees to access company specific information relevant to benefits, such as, payroll, vacation time, flex spending, employee directories, internal documents and 401(k) selection. Further, the module will process payroll changes online and automatically update benefit deductions, new hires, terminations and employee information.
The expanded e-Learning module will allow management of employee education with integrated tools for online courses, student registration, site administration, curriculum management, course management, class scheduling, instructional administration, evaluations and transcripts.
