The system provides employees with assistance with job reviews and daily development lists and integrates:

  • career planning,
  • skill competence,
  • job resources,
  • learning and
  • job opportunities.

Based on an individual’s job function, expertise, location, career goals and so on, WLM relays new product or service announcements, upcoming training opportunities and internal job openings.

It allows employees to set up and maintain online resumes and learn the requirements for jobs that might be a good fit for their skills and aspirations.

The system tracks an individual’s career goals and skill set, updating these based on assignments, experience, job performance and training and automatically creates a record ensuring that the list of qualified candidates for open positions is available to managers across the organization.

For the Employer

The system ranks these internal candidates by years of experience, certifications, course work, and past performance evaluations enabling hiring managers to identify the most suitable candidates.

WLM comes pre-loaded with 15,000 Department of Labor job descriptions and corresponding competencies that human resources departments can customize.
