In this role, Stanley reports to Arthur Creel, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, John Hancock RPS and is responsible for managing the teams that support the company’s sales and distribution group including those handling training and education, business intelligence, meeting management, sales team compensation, broker/dealer contracts, and competitive intelligence.
Stanley, who joined John Hancock in 2001 in Annuity Operations, most recently served as Vice President, John Hancock RPS Operations. Prior to joining John Hancock, Stanley served as a business consulting manager on the financial services industry team at Arthur Anderson.
He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. Stanley will be based in Boston.
