Strategic Insight Launches New Fund Filing Version

Strategic Insight announced the launch of the 3.0 Version of  www.FundFiling.com .   The newest edition is enhanced to address many of the compliance monitoring needs of management companies, fund distributors and retirement plans offering mutual funds, and service providers to the industry

The new version includes:

  • Daily Alert emails – notification is sent about changes or full regulatory filings among a user defined group of funds or fund managers.
  • Weekly Synopsis of all regulatory filings from the prior week – included in the wrap up are advisory fee levels and breakpoint modifications, load and pricing changes, portfolio manager changes and sub-advisory relationships.
  • Real time SEC Filings
  • Pre-defined quick searches.

The revamped site also offers a new interface allowing for quick access to legal language everywhere in filings through an electronic library of all mutual fund filings from 1997 to today.   Users can download any mutual fund related filing including latest Prospectus and SAI, Annual Report, Proxies, Stickers, and more, in HTML, PDF or Word formats which can be saved and loaded for quick reference.   Results can be exported to Microsoft Excel to allow the user to run statistics. comparisons, and integrate FundFiling data with internal (or any other) data types.
