Strukoff Joins Aon Las Vegas Office

In her new role, she will manage Aon’s existing client relationships and develop new business in the Nevada marketplace. She will serve as a resource working with employers in this market to find innovative ways to enhance employee engagement, manage employee benefit costs and improve employee understanding of their total compensation package, effectively develop leaders in an organization, improve employee health and productivity and activate employee health and wellness programs.

According to the announcement, Strukoff has more than 20 years of experience, 15 years with Aon Consulting, providing clients with solutions for human resource needs. Previously, she worked as a human resource executive for large employers including Moncor Bank Holding Company and Public Service Company of New Mexico.
