Sun Life Appoints RVP of North Region

In his new role, Donaphon will lead a team of nearly 60 Employee Benefits Group sales representatives and managers across 11 offices.  

According to the announcement, after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point and serving as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army, Donaphon joined Sun Life as a group sales representative in Philadelphia. In 2004, he was promoted to an Assistant Manager position in the Philadelphia office and then was named Manager of the Cincinnati office in 2007. He has since expanded his responsibilities to include oversight of the Cleveland Group office and all sales territories in the greater Ohio area.
