SURVEY SAYS: Do you think flexible work arrangements are good for business?

March 7, 2013 – There has been much debate in the media recently about flexible work arrangements since Yahoo! banned telecommuting.

Now Best Buy has followed suit, ending a program called the “results-only work environment,” or ROWE, which evaluated workers on performance instead of the amount of time spent in the office. That allowed staff to work whenever and wherever they wanted, as long as they performed.

This week, I’d like to know your feelings about flexible work arrangements.

You may respond to this week’s survey by 6 p.m. Pacific time today at https://www.research.net/s/P5VTQWQ.
