Healthcare Estimator helps employees make a decision on their healthcare coverage with a series of questions that includes a step-by-step process to estimate his or her expected use of healthcare services for the year. This process takes into account a number of different factors including an employee’s monthly healthcare contribution, co-pay expenses and funds allocated to Flexible Spending Accounts.
This information is then linked to a healthcare database to allow the employee to see the expected cost of these healthcare services.
Once the data is entered, the Healthcare Estimator gives the employee a side-by-side comparative view of what their out-of-pocket expenses could be under their employer’s offered plans, including HMO, PPO, POS or Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH) plans.
