TeamVest Shifts Advice Focus, Name
May 22, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Online advice
provider TeamVest is refocusing its efforts, teaming up with
Pyramid Digital Solutions to provide "re-brandable" online
advice and education solutions to Pyramid clients.

Reflecting its focus on delivering advice solutions to institutional clients, TeamVest is also changing its name to AdviceFrameworks by TeamVest.
The AdviceFrameworks product will include the ability to rebrand call center and Web site with appropriate plan logos, data and interactive customer service.

Pyramid Digital Solutions develops front-end technology
for retirement plans and plan providers, notably for
SunGard’s OnmiPlus and OmniPlan applications. Pyramid
intends to primarily leverage their PyramidLink, PlanLink
and PlanWeb applications in making the AdviceFrameworks
product available. Pyramid announced a similar
arrangement with online advice provider mPower in February

).
Pyramid, which currently services more than 8 million
participants, will develop an interface application for the
clients it shares with AdviceFrameworks.
AdviceFrameworks also offers AdvisorLive technology that allows users to “virtually” meet with an advisor while online (see Intuit/TeamVest Offer Interactive Financial Planning ) through the AdviceFrameworks call center or through a location directed by its institutional customers.
