Tesseract Offers TPA Benefit Management Alternative

According to Tesseract, their program can save TPAs and their customers up to $150 per employee per year. Companies can estimate potential savings by visiting the group’s Web site and clicking on the savings calculator.

The program:

  • automates each client’s benefits management procedures,
  • manages plan functions, such as open enrollment and eligibility, on a single system,
  • calculates employee contributions and employer premiums, including date-sensitive and retroactive information, and
  • streamlines administrative steps with manager and employee self-service features
