Tesseract Offers TPA Benefit Management Alternative

October 16, 2001(PLANSPONSOR.com) - Human resources solutions provider, Tesseract Corporation has introduced a total benefits management solution for Third Party Administrators (TPAs) with the aim of streamlining administration and cutting per employee costs.
