Texas Retirement System Names Eric Henry to Executive Director Post
May 7, 2007 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The Texas Municipal
Retirement System (TMRS) Board has selected Eric Henry, the
head of Pennsylvania's employee retirement system, to be its
new executive director.

According to a TMRS news release, Henry has been at the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System since 1994, when he started as the director of Internal Audit and assistant executive director.
He held the executive director and chief investment officer post for the New Hampshire Retirement System from 2000 to 2004, when he took the executive director job in Pennsylvania.
Henry will begin his new position at the $14-billion Texas system on June 11, 2007.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Bucknell University.
