The Standard to Provide 403(b) Program for Large Church Organization

June 13, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, working in partnership with the Church Benefits Board (CBB) and Retirement Wealth Management LLC, announced it has selected The Standard to be the provider of its $20 million 403(b) plan.

According to the announcement, The Standard, working with Retirement Wealth Management, LLC, is developing a customized participant investment program for the Fellowship’s more than 250 ministries. Participants will have five model portfolios ranging from conservative to aggressive.

Joseph Derickson, President and CEO of Retirement Wealth Management, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia, is the Fellowship’s consultant and recommended The Standard.

“The Standard’s open architecture of institutional fund offerings, business processes and their overall ranking in various third-party client satisfaction surveys were keys to our decision,” said Gary Skeen, President of the CBB, in the announcement.
