Todd Organization, Longnecker Announce Merger

October 20, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Executive compensation consultants The Todd Organization and Longnecker & Associates have announced the completion of a merger deal.

Following the merger, Longnecker & Associates will continue to be led by executive compensation and corporate governance expert, Brent Longnecker. The firm will remain based in Houston, Texas, according to a news release.

Longnecker brings to the table over 19 years of experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of performance, productivity-enhancement and cost-saving programs. Additionally, Longnecker has served as Deloitte & Touche’s National Partner-In-Charge of its Performance Management & Compensation Consulting Practice.
