V3 enhancements include:
- New Recruiting View: Allows HR, line managers and recruiters to create guest accounts for prospective employees so that candidates can fully understand the total benefits package being offered in comparison to other offers. Candidates can perform “what-if” modeling to determine what their compensation will look like based on elections and performance.
- New Line Management Team View: Helps line managers create a visible, tangible connection between performance and total compensation. Allows managers to view compensation packages for direct reports based on organizational data. Filters and hides from view sensitive data protected by HIPAA.
- Enhanced Ad Hoc Reporting: Allows data from multiple sources/vendors to be collected and consolidated for ad hoc reports on combined data that previously required expensive data warehouses or reporting tools. It also offers “point-n-click” tools that allow managers to create their own reports.
