A CPI news release said that the Conversion Status section of Web site details each conversion step from signing the engagement agreement to going live on the Internet and VRU systems. Conversion Status shows the plan sponsor what steps are finished and what has yet to be done, according to the announcement.
“With up to 70% of CPI’s new business in any given year coming from the takeover of existing plans, this is an important enhancement to the plan sponsor Internet site, and a valuable tool for plan sponsors,” CPI President Robert Dema said in the news release.
