TRIVIAL PURSUITS: On which day are workers least likely to work from home?

March 19, 2013 – The U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey finds in 2010, 13.4 million people worked at least one day at home per week—an increase of more than four million people (35%) in the last decade.

Among those who work from home at least one day per week, what day are they least likely to work from home?  

The Census Bureau reports workers are most likely to work from home on Mondays and Fridays (38% each), but least likely to do so on Thursday (29%).  Thirty-three percent each reported they work from home Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
