Trucker Huss Adds Veteran Benefits Lawyer
April 13, 2010 (PLANSPONSOR.com) – San Francisco law firm Trucker Huss announced that Richard Gilbert has joined the firm as special counsel.

Gilbert has practiced in the employee benefits field for more than 25 years, according to the announcement.
He advises employers, trustees, public pension funds and financial institutions concerning the fiduciary responsibility provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and public pension law as well as the design and implementation of 401(k), retirement and executive benefits plans. Gilbert also advises private equity funds.
Before joining Trucker Huss he was senior counsel at the Orrick, Herrington, and Sutcliffe, LLP firm.
