According to a press release from Watson Wyatt, its
acquisition of WisdomNet will increase Watson Wyatt’s
talent management capabilities by delivering
compensation planning, performance management, succession
planning, career development and workforce planning
The deal is expected to close in July 2007.
“The acquisition supports Watson Wyatt’s vision to
deliver a comprehensive suite of global people management
services to our clients that combines our deep domain
expertise and consulting with software and data
solutions,” said Paul Platten, global practice director
of Watson Wyatt’s human capital group, in the press
WisdomNet’s principals Brian Wilkerson, Gregg Wilkerson and David Schleupner will join Watson Wyatt.
