Wealth Statement Shows Employees' Net Worth

Technologies has unveiled an online employee wealth statement
that shows employees the value of their total
compensation.

The tool was launched this month for Texas Instruments’ 28,000 US employees.
The wealth statement combines
- salary
- pension
- 401(k) benefits
- stock options
- employee stock purchase plan (ESPP)
into a single, real-time financial profile.
ProAct Technologies has also developed tools that allow employees to analyze their future worth through the use of stock option calculators, total compensation charts, graphs and other “what-if” scenario tools.
