The updated version of the health and welfare benefits system has two new features: OneForce/PlanExchange, which adds vendor management services, and OneForce/Compliance, which adds automated COBRA, HIPAA, and FSA compliance administration. Other features have been enhanced with databases designed to aid employees in the decision making process, according to a press release.
OneForce/PlanExchange includes vendor data integration, enrollment reconciliation and premium calculations, premium and billing administration and disbursement, customer service, and vendor services level agreement managing and reporting.
OneForce/Compliance is an automated COBRA and HIPAA compliance service which allows clients to also outsource FSA administration.
