Workstream Revamps Benefits Program Software

introduced a new version of its Web-based benefit enrollment
and administration application, which allows employees and
administrators to view and revise benefits programs
online.

Users can access Workstream Benefits Enrollment 6.0 alone, and it is also compatible with other benefit-related applications, such as Workstream Communicator and Workstream Total Rewards Statement, so that benefit programs can be viewed on online, according to a company news release.
The announcement said that Workstream Benefits Enrollment 6.0:
- gives administrative users the ability to override system settings and accommodate exceptions and unique cases.
- gives administrators the ability to make adjustments to benefit rates with the same non-technical interface that they use to make other system changes.
- allows administrators to view, on one page, a history of enrollment changes so they can easily track and communicate historical data.
- provides additional support for geographic and tenure-based benefit eligibility rules.
