Endeavor Law Expands Employee Benefits Practice With ERISA Attorney Hire
Bryn White comes to the firm with previous experience in health and welfare benefits.
Endeavor Law hired attorney Bryn White to strengthen its employee benefits practice, expanding the Kansas-based firm’s capabilities in retirement, health, welfare and voluntary benefits, while supporting its existing client base.
White will focus on client-facing legal work and thought leadership, collaborating with Founder Bonnie Treichel and the firm’s other ERISA professionals. Treichel said White’s experience in health and welfare benefits complements Endeavor’s established retirement practice and will help the firm deepen client relationships.
Before joining Endeavor, White advised plan sponsors and service providers on employee benefits issues, including fiduciary obligations, plan administration, HIPAA, the Affordable Care Act and cafeteria plan regulations.
In its announcement, the firm stated the hire responds to growing client demand for health and welfare benefits counsel and is part of its broader strategy to expand services for registered investment advisers and employers.
