Gould Named Head of Mellon HR Outsourcing

June 11, 2003 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Mellon Financial Corp. has tapped R. Max Gould to head its outsourcing operations in its Human Resources Services Sector unit.

According to a company announcement, the Fort Lee, New Jersey-based Gould was with Towers Perrin, where

he was responsible for nformation technology infrastructure services, including the management of five data centers.

Prior to that, he was senior vice president of Aetna US Healthcare, where he was responsible for all customer service operations. From 1970 to 1995, he held a variety of operations and technology management roles with Citibank, according to the Mellon announcement.
