Prudential Introduces New Relocation Program

June 20, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com)-Prudential Real Estate and Relocations Services has launched a new personal errand and concierge program named At Your Service in a bid to ensure a better moving experience for transferees.

The new program, intended to be a resource for relocating employees, will offer many of the features of Prudential’s Home Connection platform including, among other things:

  • real estate assistance services and cash-back incentives such as address change services, utility connect and disconnect services,
  • home inspections,
  • household goods shipment, storage and supplies,
  • home decorating and improvement, and
  • auto shipping

According to a media release from the company, the At Your Service program provides transferees with a staff of personal assistants to help them with their move into a community. Services range from researching a community, to destination information, travel arrangements, airport pick up and drop offs, to entertainment and shopping. Prudential will also help their clients with anything from finding a new gym and locating the closest hardware store to tracking down local volunteer programs.

At Your Service will be accessible to transferring employees via the Internet or phone 24 hours-a-day and seven days-a-week.
