GoldK COO Departs

January 24, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - GoldK Chief Operating Officer Radu Pasovschi has stepped down, the online retirement services firm announced Thursday.

Bill Benintende, spokesman for the Waltham, Massachusetts company, declined to discuss the specifics of Pasovschi’s departure.

“Often there is a time in the life cycle of a company when, what’s needed at one stage may not be what’s needed to get you to the next stage,” Benintende said. “Now we’re springboarding into the company’s next stage.”

Pasovschi joined GoldK in January 2000 after working at Putnam Investments and Price Waterhouse.

The company said Chief Executive Officer Brian Boyle would take over Pasovschi’s job until a successor is named.
