Da Vinci Code aficionados will appreciate the efforts of an Italian technology firm that has posted a high-resolution image of Da Vinci’s Last Supper on the Internet.   The digital imaging firm, called HAL9000 after the computer in Stanley Kubrick’s film “2001: A Space Odyssey,” posted the 16-billion pixel image on its Web site Saturday.  MORE at http://www.haltadefinizione.com/

The Washington State Patrol has been named America’s “Best-Dressed State Law Enforcement Agency” by the National Association of Uniform Manufacturers and Distributors.   They have taken runner-up honors before, but this is the first year the attire has been recognized as tops in the country.   You can see why  HERE

In Sliver Springs Shores, Florida , Jeffery Mumani, 25, went to break into a CVS store here – – – removing an air conditioning cover and climbing into the air shaft – – – only to get stuck – – – and to remain stuck for about 10 hours – – – of course, he claimed that he had entered the shaft to find a cat that he said he heard inside – – – you can see Jeffery in his “predicament”  HERE
