ACS Develops HR Service Portal

May 5, 2009 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - ACS has released SyncHRO, an online portal offering employer and employee access to a range of HR services.

ACS said in a news release that the new offering is designed for companies with 4,000 or more full-time employees and that clients can benefit from reduced costs, improved HR processes, and quality of services.

Among the offering’s benefits, according to ACS: the system’s enhanced tools, such as HR analytics, wealth management and career services, a health plan evaluator and a health care provider finder, will help employees and HR professionals make more informed decisions.

“We’ve designed SyncHRO to respond to the evolving needs of the market and to address the growing demand for standardized human resource services,” said Ann Vezina, executive vice president and group president of ACS Commercial Solutions, in the news release. “We can help companies not only manage through the economic downturn, but also help them prepare for the rebound.”

Built on Oracle’s PeopleSoft platform, SyncHRO integrates self-service functions for employees, new hires, managers, and HR professionals. The solution can be implemented in as little as six months, according to the company.

ACS said the product is flexible and scalable to client demands, allowing for services to be added as a company’s HR needs grow. Portal services include payroll, employee data management, benefits, learning, compensation and recruiting.
