ADP Offers Free Product Training

Services Group has launched free training for all of its
products.

Offered online, clients can choose between downloading training materials, or doing the training via the internet, Automatic Data Processing, Inc. announced .
ADP also said clients can now post questions regarding the products online and receive answers via telephone or email. All of this in addition to the 20% discount clients receive on all non-ADP computer training at New Horizons and CompUSAs.
Designed to keep customers current on product upgrades, ADP Claims also unveiled this program to make sure clients were utilizing all of its software services. A 1999 CIC Leadership Committee study, reported in Auto Inc., revealed software users as a group only utilize 35% of a product’s capabilities.
