ADP Releases Paperless Payroll Product

March 1, 2004 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - ADP's Employer Services division is offering payroll clients a paperless solution.

ADP’s Paperless Payroll Services packages the payroll and human resources services outsourcer’s paperless services into one solution to help companies lower expenses, streamline processes, and improve employee service levels, according to a news release.   Among the payroll services available in the paperless environment:

  • payroll banking services
  • online payroll reports
  • full service direct deposit
  • pay cards
  • online employee access to account information, pay records and tax forms.

Additionally, companies can extend the paperless environment into Flexible Spending Account (FSA) management with ADP’s employee benefits debit cards for payment of qualified FSA expenses.

Companies that elect to take their payroll services sans paper can utilize ADP’s “Going Paperless with ADP” employee adoption program. Through communication campaigns for e-mail, facility signage, company portals and paycheck inserts, ADP provides employers with tools to educate their employees on the process of paperless payroll conversion. Employers also gain access to information on market trends, legal requirements, and resources, as well as marketing strategies and tactics to help drive employee enrollment.
