ADP To Offer Live Scarborough Advice

September 4, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - ADP has inked a deal with Scarborough Retirement Services to offer live advisory services to ADP's 401(k) recordkeeping clients.

For a flat annual fee, participants are able to access a “licensed advice representative” at Scarborough’s centralized call center through a toll-free number.

Once the participant’s risk profile, investment time horizon, goals and needs are analyzed, Scarborough will recommend an appropriate portfolio designed with help from Ibbotson Associates.

Action Plan

Participants then receive, in electronic or paper form, a detailed Action Plan containing the recommended asset allocation and specific changes needed to achieve the allocation, including how much savings are required to reach their retirement goals.

As part of their subscription, participants will have access to a Scarborough advice representative for 12 months, during which time they can call the toll-free number with questions or for a second Action Plan.

Annapolis, Maryland-based Scarborough Retirement Services is a registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  Advice Representatives are Investment Adviser Representatives with Scarborough Retirement Services.
