American Express Mounts InMotion Campaign

July 30, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Plan sponsors and workers now have a new communication tool to draw on in times of change.

American Express Financial Advisors has launched InMotion from American Express, an education support program that delivers financial education and alternatives to employers and employees affected by corporate change, including:

  • mergers
  • acquisitions
  • downsizings
  • facility closures
  • retirement plan changes.

American Express develops, coordinates and implements each program while providing a single program manager to address an organization’s specific, according to the announcement. 

The program can involve multiple methods of delivery, including group seminars conducted by financial advisors, Internet programs, print materials and personal consultations in person or over the phone to ensure employees have their financial questions answered.  Furthermore, taking advantage of American Express Financial Advisors located throughout the country, InMotion is positioned to help organizations with geographically diverse groups of impacted employees.
