AmEx Readies Upgrades for Sponsor Site
American Express said its Plan Management Center offers personalized content and information, and email notifications will alert plan sponsors to updates, as communications are added to the site.
The site is password-protected, and can also be customized to control what different individuals within the same organization can access.
The site will also include access to certain plan documents, including:
- service agreements
- investment performance summaries
- account reviews
- executive summaries
The site also offers an encrypted Web e-mail function that will allow American Express Retirement Services account teams to securely correspond with clients regarding sensitive information and materials.
A beta test is scheduled for January, with a gradual rollout to existing American Express clients during the first quarter. Future releases are planned.
