Aon Consulting and Computer Sciences Corporation Announce Strategic Alliance

August 18, 2004 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Aon Human Resource Outsourcing, a division of Aon Consulting Inc., and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) announced today that they are joining forces in order to produce and deliver human resources business process outsourcing (HR BPO).

The strategic alliance between the two companies is intended to bring CSC’s strength in information technology and infrastructure outsourcing services together with Aon’s business process outsourcing focus.

“We are delighted to enter into this agreement with CSC,” Gary Budzinski, president, Human Resources Outsourcing, was quoted as saying. “Our clients will no doubt benefit from the capabilities of both organizations as we team up on future human resource outsourcing engagements.”

This alliance is expected to help Aon keep up with the fast-paced growth seen in the HR BPO sector. The BPO market is expected to grow at the rate of 11% a year through 2008.
