Aon HRO Announces Partnership with Ultimate Software

Resources Outsourcing (HRO) has announced a partnership with
Web-based payroll solutions company Ultimate
Software.

Aon will begin to utilize Ultimate’s payroll processing software – UltiPro – through its global portal as part of its payroll management system. UltiPro is a payroll engine that includes custom reports and online analytics, according to an Aon press release.
The goal of this partnership is to further integrate payroll functions with other HR services, according to the release. With this new system, Aon HRO will link its payroll services to benefits administration, employment processing and performance acceptance.
Aon HRO is a division of Aon Consulting, a global human resources consulting firm with revenues $1.185 billion, which in turn is a division of Aon Corporation . Ultimate Software is Florida-based Web-based payroll and employee management solutions provider.
