Aon Names Retirement Practice CAO

Worldwide, the global human capital consulting organization
of Aon Corporation, has hired Yves McGale as Chief
Administration Officer (CAO) for the U.S. Retirement
Practice, a newly created role within Aon
Consulting.

As Aon Consulting’s U.S. Retirement Practice CAO, McGale will work to enhance Retirement Practice operations and support West Coast business development efforts. According to the announcement, he also will help strengthen Aon Consulting’s global actuarial offerings.
McGale, 46, joins Aon Consulting from Mercer where he was a worldwide partner leading the organization’s West Zone retirement practice.

McGale joined Aon Consulting July 7. He is based in Irvine, California, and will report to Hemingway.
