Arrow Introduces Institutional Share Classes to Funds

May 23, 2012 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Arrow Investment Advisors, the adviser to Arrow Funds, launched institutional share classes for each of the firm’s five tactical and alternative investment mutual funds.

The funds are the Arrow Alternative Solutions Fund (NASDAQ: ASFNX), Arrow Commodity Strategy Fund (CSFNX), Arrow DWA Balanced (DWANX), Arrow DWA Tactical Fund (DWTNX) and Arrow Managed Futures Strategy Fund (MFTNX).

The institutional share classes eliminate the standard 12-b 1 fee, resulting in a lower overall expense ratio, and have a $1 million investment minimum.

“Our decision to introduce a new institutional share class is in direct response to client demand as advisors seek lower-cost access to non-traditional investment strategies such as managed futures and other alternatives,” said Day Thomas, Director of Institutional Relationships at Arrow Funds. “This move reaffirms our commitment to serving the advisor market by offering competitive pricing options through an additional point of entry for our clients.”
