In this role, Cox will lead a team of specialists in advising and guiding clients on the design and management of their benefits administration processes and systems.
Cox brings more than 15 years of administration experience and knowledge, as well as health, welfare and retirement plan consulting proficiency. Most recently, she worked for consulting firm Mercer, managing client relationships, implementing advocacy services and leading administration and call center operations.
Cox has a senior professional in human resources certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, as well as an employee benefits certification from the Institute for Employee Benefits Training. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware.
