Assurant to Implement FastTrack Return-to-Work Solutions
May 10, 2011 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Assurant Employee Benefits has announced it will implement FastTrack Return-to-Work Solutions to improve its claim triage and Return-to-Work programs.

Available through GettingHired, LLC, FastTrack assists insurance companies in the short-term disability, long-term disability and workers compensation sectors.
It is designed with a set of Section 508-compliant features to provide motivational support and career services tools for the claimant. Additionally, FastTrack’s proprietary RightMatch technology is used to match a claimant’s experience, education and abilities to a large database of open jobs while a specialized tracking module provides caseworkers with the ability to monitor and encourage/coach the claimant.
