Black Mountain Group Acquires TCBS Consulting

November 8, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - HR consulting and outsourcing firm Black Mountain Group Inc. has acquired TCBS Consulting LLC and has announced a new chief operating officer.

In its press release, Black Mountain Group says TCBS-founder Richard Davis will be its new chief operating officer. Davis will oversee operational planning and execution, will be responsible for identifying additional strategic acquisitions and alliances.

TCBS Consulting is an HR and employee benefits consulting firm that brings to Black Mountain Group capabilities in business process transformation, executive compensation/benefits and acquisition integration. It also contributes an established client base of mid-sized organizations, according to the announcement.

The moves are part of the firm’s growth and repositioning strategy following its acquisition by Benefitdecisions Outsourcing Inc (See Black Mountain Deal Completed ).
