BoNY Enhances Info Delivery And Transaction Platform

August 29, 2005 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Bank of New York (BoNY) has enhanced the accounting and performance reporting capabilities of its Internet-based information delivery and transaction platform for institutional and corporate clients, INFORM.

According to a company press release, the enhancements will be available through a new home page, INFORMCentral.   Clients will be provided with immediate access of data with customized reports and views delivered directly to their desktops.

Clients will also be able to access the Trust Universe Comparison Service (TUCS) where they can compare their portfolio’s performance to that of other institutions.

INFORMCentral also offers a new view on class action services and applications, new file transfer capabilities that enable the importing of custom reports, and graphic enhancements to improve the overall user experience, according to the press release.

INFORM offers information solutions, including accounting, asset servicing, cash management, trade finance, collateral management, compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, retirement services, risk/return analysis, and securities lending.

The company said the new home page will initially be offered to its pension clients and then systematically rolled out to its other clients.
