- High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs),
- Health Savings Accounts (HSAs),
- Voluntary Life “FastApp” Online Medical Underwriting, and
- Automated HIPAA Compliant X12 834 EDI Carrier Reports.
The secure open enrollment Web program determines eligibility, calculates benefits and costs and allows employees to enroll in only those benefits they are eligible for. Employees can view their own personal elections anytime from work or home and make benefit and dependent choices using a format that clearly shows their exact cost on a pre-tax and post-tax basis.
