According to its news media announcement, Buck said its Advantage 6.1 can be used on its own or in concert with a company’s existing HR system to allow benefits officials to track health and welfare trends.
Buck’s media announcement said the new Advantage version includes more than 20 new features and enhancements including:
- the monitoring of worker life events such as weddings, which can be assigned for follow up to a single administrator or group of administrators
- the ability to send employee e-mail reminders upon events like marriage, divorce, etc., to enroll or provide required documentation
- providing the administrator a single step in managing benefit changes to employees, retirees and dependents.
