Buck Unveils Enhanced HR Record System

November 1, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - HR administrators may get a hand from the latest version of an online benefit administration system from Buck Consultants, Inc.

According to its news media announcement, Buck said its Advantage 6.1 can be used on its own or in concert with a company’s existing HR system to allow benefits officials to track health and welfare trends.

Buck’s media announcement said the new Advantage version includes more than 20 new features and enhancements including:

  • the monitoring of worker life events such as weddings, which can be assigned for follow up to a single administrator or group of administrators
  • the ability to send employee e-mail reminders upon events like marriage, divorce, etc.,  to enroll or provide required documentation
  • providing the administrator a single step in managing benefit changes to employees, retirees and dependents.
