CIGNA Retirement Expands Stock Plan Offerings

December 13, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - CIGNA Retirement & Investment Services has teamed up with Mellon Investor Services to expand plan sponsor access to simplified stock option and employee stock purchase plan administration.

The new alliance will also make it easier for retirement plan participants to access their stock plan account information, and to make account transactions, according to CIGNA.

With the new offering, CIGNA clients will be able to:

  • Manage the administration of their stock plans through their CIGNA representative, while taking advantage of stock plan administrative services available through Mellon Investor Services.
  • Provide employees with easy access to both retirement and stock plan account information through a variety of CIGNA retirement plan channels, including the  myCIGNA.com , voice response and client service representatives.
