Citi Offers Online Data on Structured Deals

April 18, 2001 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - Treasurers and institutional investors can now tap into a new Web site from Citibank offering bond and collateral performance data on structured finance deals.

The new web site ( www.sf.citidirect.com ), called Citibank Investor Reporting for Structured Finance, contains information on the following asset classes for which Citibank is either the trustee or the administrative agent:

  • mortgage backed securities
  • asset backed securities
  • collateralized debt obligations
  • commercial mortgage backed securities

In addition, it gives investors access to:

  • deal-specific documentation
  • current and historical monthly statements.
  • contact information for all parties to a transaction
  • an online bulletin board for posting questions to deal administrators

The site will be enhanced as more capabilities are added, including the ability to:

  • build portfolios of deals they access regularly
  • batch download the statements of all deals within their portfolio

Earlier this month, JP Morgan Institutional Trust Services enhanced its Web site for monitoring information on asset- and mortgage-backed deals.
