Company Introduces New Recruiting Web Site
December 19, 2006 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - CareerTours, a
national recruitment resource based in Phoenix, Arizona, has
announced it will launch a new Web site in January that
applies an interactive approach to recruiting, allowing
candidates and companies experience each other
online.
Reported by Rebecca Moore
According to the announcement, employers can use Frictionless Recruiting to display company culture through a variety of virtual and onsite tours and utilize the power of word-of-mouth marketing. “CareerTours helps mitigate many of the cultural and managerial shocks as neither companies nor candidates can hide during our tours,” CareerTours CEO Aaron Bare said in the announcement.
Eric Hawkins, a senior executive at CareerTours, claimed in the company press release that Frictionless Recruiting also has the potential to replace traditional interviews.
