DailyAccess Names Chief Risk Officer

November 13, 2008 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - DailyAccess Corporation, a Mobile, Alabama, plan provider, has appointed Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) attorney James O. Wood to its newly created post of General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer.

A news release saidWood will alsoserve as Chief Compliance Officer of DailyAccess’s subsidiary, InterServ, LLC,a registered investment adviser that provides fiduciary support services.

In addition to overseeing DailyAccess’s legal and regulatory affairs, Wood has responsibility for human resources, internal audit, and training and development. He will also supervise compliance for InterServ.

He previously served as Senior Vice-President of ERISA Compliance for Bank of America; Chief Compliance Officer for CNA Trust; Vice President of Pension Administration for Pan American Life; and Chief Fiduciary Officer for Aetna (ING) Trust Company.
