DHR Insurance Services Acquires Benefit Advisors
According to the announcement, the move strengthens and expands DHR’s group benefits offerings (including medical, dental and vision insurance as well as employee retirement programs such as 401ks) and provides Benefit Advisors’ customers access to a broad portfolio of insurance, human resource and payroll services offered by DHR Insurance Services and its parent company, DHR.
Perry L. Peters, president and founder of Benefit Advisors, will assume the role of senior vice president of DHR Insurance Services.

DHR plans to utilize each Benefit Advisors employee as a result of merging the two companies’ operations. Physical operations will be consolidated into DHR Insurance Services offices in Phoenix over the next 30 to 60 days, according to the announcement.
