EMA Launches 403(b) Program Offering ETF Managed Accounts

EMA says key features of the Efficient 403b include:

  • No individual transaction charges,
  • Low-cost ETFs and low asset-based management fees,
  • Online performance and asset allocation reporting, and
  • Target date portfolios.

EMA formed an alliance with FOLIOfn Institutional to provide trading, clearing, and custody for the Efficient 403b.
