March 28, 2002 (PLANSPONSOR.com) - The US Trustee administering Enron's bankruptcy has named a five-member employee committee to investigate worker issues, according to court papers.

Reuters said that committee members include:

Trustee Carolyn Schwartz asked the committee to:

  • to examine employee claims against Enron and any restructured version of the company
  • and to look into possible violations of state labor laws and other statutes.
